Friendsgiving
One year when I was in college, I lived in a house with an obscene number of people and we all pitched in to have a roommates thanksgiving dinner together. This year, I helped Cole and his roommates do something similar. Thus, I give you Friendsgiving.
On the menu:
Honey-baked ham
Sweet potato casserole
Green beans
Mashed potatoes
Dressing (It's technically only "stuffing" if it was in the bird. I learned that recently)
Mac and Cheese (apparently the boys are unsure of having noodles)
People to feed: 10

The Biology of Thanksgiving
This was a great lesson that I shared with my students on Friday about all the biology that coincides with how well your Thanksgiving food will taste as well as how to make sure to don't die from it as well. It was created by a friend of mine and I'm happy to share it with you, too!
